Perform4Life Chiropractic Rehab Clinic
We are a chiropractic and rehab office. We tend to see patients who are suffering from chronic pain and have been let down by previous chiropractic and physical therapy clinics. However, we also see patients dealing with acute pain/injury as well as preventative healthcare. We offer 1 hour long appointments and you are 1 on 1 with your doc the entire time, two things you don’t find at the typical chiropractic/PT office.
We are a small business, comprised of myself and Dr. Carter Schmidt (both co-owners and chiropractic rehab specialists).
