Crofton Pride is 100% volunteer-led! We can use help with the following:
- Organizing: This happens in the months and weeks leading up to the event and involves tasks such as finding sponsors, asking local groups to participate in the parade and resource fair, and more.
- Setup: Starting about 90 minutes before parade kick-off, we can use your help lining up parade participants, directing resource fair exhibitors to their spots, helping exhibitors set up, and more.
- Parade Support: Join the parade to hand out giveaways, keep marchers hydrated, and help with whatever else we need.
- Resource Fair Support: Wander around the resource fair to make sure exhibitors have what they need and coordinate with organizers as needed.
- Cleanup: At the end of the resource fair, we need help breaking everything down, assisting exhibitors, picking up any trash, and emptying the trash bins.
